Sweetser is seeking a highly motivated LCSW, LCPC or LADC to join the clinic based therapy team in their Sanford and Saco, Maine offices. As a Sweetser clinic based clinician, you will work as part of a team providing outpatient services to a diverse client population in a fast paced work environment and have the support of staff to manage your scheduling and billing - allowing you to focus on client care. Sweetser clinicians have access to excellent clinical supervision and work as part of a multi-disciplinary team providing clinical services to clients experiencing a variety of behavioral health issues ranging across the lifespan. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Provide customer service within established deadlines, consistent with organizational values, standards and policies. Demonstrate leadership in case-coordination. Complete timely and professionally written intake assessments. Manage insurance authorizations in a fiscally responsible manner. Use quality collaborative documentation to maintain insurance required documentation. Schedule clinical appointments to meet the clinical needs of the client. Use organization's established tools and procedures to formulate assessment. This includes level of care and risk assessments as needed. Involve family members and significant others as needed to establish a diagnosis. Develop an individualized service plan with the individual and natural supports. Offer trauma informed other best-practice clinical techniques and therapies. Identify concrete service needs and provide integrated treatment with the client's natural supports and providers to demonstrate best-practice. Provide a clinical experience for student interns and conditionally licensed therapists as appropriate.
PRODUCTIVITY: Effective communication with management to maintain productivity expectations of 65% for 40 hours.
EDUCATION: Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling with a concentration in clinical practice from an accredited graduate school.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Appropriate State of Maine licensing certificate, LCSW, LCPC or LADC Independent or Conditional license. Maintain a valid state driver's license.
