The IT/Operations Lead will manage H.A. Mapes information and customer branded systems. They will be responsible for the development and implementation of computer operations and all related functions. The IT/Operations Lead will participate in the strategic plan of information systems development and implementation.IT/Operations Lead Responsibilities:* Evaluating business needs, objectives, and goals by researching available products and designating procedures to best meet those needs.* Developing implementation plans for new projects.* Providing well-defined plans including procedures, deadlines, and accountability.* Performing administrative work related to operations and logistics* Developing configuration and performance standards.* Managing multiple property Security System.* Working directly and closely with the company contracted IT support vendor.* Reviewing department procedures, and equipment for maximum efficiency.* Ensuring technology utilization providing a fast, accurate, and secure method to access information in a highly efficient and effective manner.* Providing service support in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.* Overseeing company device management including cell phones, tablets, laptops, and driver electronic log devices.* Ensuring equipment certification and warranty tracking is up to date with tanks and points of sales systems.Requirements:* Experience/education in the computer science or like field highly preferred.* Experience in Local and Wide Area Networks.* Experience with personal computers and software applications.* Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.* Ability to use proper judgement and problem-solving skills* Excellent customer service skills a must.* Strong phone skills with active listening and clarity of speech.* Proven organizational skills.* Exposure to the fuel industry a plus.Please submit resume and cover letter.NO PHONE CALLS OR RECRUITERS PLEASEH.A.
